The Marine Industry Park will be strategically located on approximately 150 hectares of premium waterfront land in the East Arm Logistics Precinct with connections to road, rail, and sea transport and other supporting infrastructure.
The East Arm Logistics Precinct comprises the Darwin Port, the terminus of the AustralAsia Railway, Darwin Business Park, the Marine Supply Base and Common User Facility with Multi-User Barge Ramp.
The Marine Industry Park is ideally positioned to capitalise on the significant opportunities and major projects in the region by providing marine servicing and maintenance to support the growing logistics functions of the Marine Supply Base, Darwin Port and an expanding fleet of oil and gas industry vessels in addition to Defence and Boarder Force vessels.
The Marine Industry Park provides an ideal investment opportunity to partner with the Northern Territory Government’s Land Development Corporation and to benefit from the Territory’s strong growth. This is a significant project that will capitalise on existing and planned major developments in Darwin while providing a long term investment return.
